We met the legendary Satyricon drummer Frost and tried to use fifteen minutes given us by the label people in the most productive way.
Frost was a great company: perfectly polite, extremely intelligent, and very talkative - something any journalist would be happy about.
Narrowing his eyes every now and then like a cat and looking more of a model than of a stereotypical metalhead, Frost commented to us on
the recent changes in the band"s life and told us everything he had on his mind about those infamous black metal stereotypes.

On the 9th of May 2009 the doors of Helsinki’s Nosturi were opened to welcome those metalheads who came to see
Embreach, Hateform, MyGrain and Profane Omen playing a gig together. The occasion for this event was Teemu Suominen’s (Metalheim agency)
30th birthday. All of the bands are represented by Metalheim agency and were there to greet the man of the moment.

 On the 2nd of May 2009 Turmion Kätilöt played an explosive gig at Helsinki’s Virgin Oil Co.
‘Despite some disappointment with the lightning technician’s work, the show was rather impressive.
Whenever you go to a Turmion Kätilöt’s gig, you can never be sure about what you are going to see on stage,
as it will always be a shocking surprise.
Every show has something different in it, like Spellgoth’s outrageous outfits or various acts during the songs,
like whipping and other pleasant things for your delight. You might also take it as a warning, if you are a sensitive person and get shocked easily,
think twice before going there. But then again, Turmion Kätilöt’s shows are not for wussies.’
